Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) make up roughly half of GDP in most developed countries, yet remain off limits to investors. We have created a network of active investors who are interested in gaining access to opportunities to invest in established well-positioned private companies, not on offer to the market.

Businesses offered to the investors circle;

• have to be established for at least 8 years,

• must have an pre-tax profit of at least £500k or $600k,

• must have scored satisfactorily on our Business Valuation Excelerator Scorecard. (Our investors are willing to pay a premium, for a premium business).

• must have >50% repeat (or recurring) business, along with high referrability
