We acquire businesses that require an urgent injection of "new blood/resource".
We prefer to acquire businesses doing at least more than £1m in Annual Revenue, with owners willing to stay on during the transition (timeframe is business dependent).

Scale
Once the business has been optimized to the point that it is ready to spread its wings to new geographies and markets, we reengage our finance partners and key suppliers in enabling the replication of the business's secret formula.
This may involve strategic bolt-on acquisitions where it makes sense - putting the business on a national/international playing field.
